Dubai, UAE – EasyLease, a mobility solutions firm and a subsidiary of the Abu Dhabi-based International Holding Company, has recently completed the acquisition of a 60% stake in Fully Charged, recognized for its expertise in electric vehicle (EV) charging technology.

The move marks a significant step for EasyLease, reinforcing its presence in the sustainable mobility sector and establishing a role in the industry’s development.

Fully Charged has been a driving force in advancing EV infrastructure within the UAE. Their reputation as a trusted supplier to global EV dealerships is backed by a strong track record of installing over 5000 charging devices and serving esteemed clients like DAMAC, Dubai Holding, Bvgari Resort Dubai, Emirates, and Arabia Taxi among others.
