Emarat, Dell Technologies sign AI adoption agreement

  • Emarat and Dell Technologies signed an agreement to accelerate intelligence adoption, identify use cases and strengthen data-driven decision-making.
  • Emarat’s transformation agenda targets greater efficiency, resilience, stronger technology capabilities and sustainable growth through digital partnerships across sectors.

Emirates Petroleum Company P.J.S.C. (Emarat) has signed a memorandum of understanding with Dell Technologies to accelerate artificial intelligence adoption and advanced digital technologies.

The partnership will identify practical AI use cases, strengthen data-driven decision-making and build scalable technology capabilities aimed at improving operational efficiency, resilience and sustainable growth, Emarat said.

Under the agreement, the companies will jointly identify opportunities to deploy AI-enabled technologies across key areas of Emarat’s business, assess evolving technology requirements and develop a roadmap aligned with the company’s long-term priorities.

The collaboration will also include multilevel workshops for Emarat employees to strengthen their understanding of AI and its practical workplace applications.

Burhan Al Hashemi, chief executive officer of Emarat, said the partnership would bring together expertise, capabilities and technologies to strengthen the company’s performance and create lasting value.

Dell Technologies Managing Director, South Gulf, Walid Yehia said AI was creating opportunities for organisations to rethink operations, customer engagement and value creation.

The agreement forms part of Emarat’s broader transformation programme, which focuses on strengthening technology capabilities, operational resilience and strategic partnerships.
