Dubai, UAE — Emirates Central Cooling Systems Corporation PJSC (Empower) said it has distributed AED2.575 billion in dividends to shareholders since its listing on the Dubai Financial Market in November 2022.

The company said it has maintained a commitment to distribute dividends regularly twice a year following the listing.

In a statement on Monday, Empower said the total dividends distributed over the past three years reached AED2.575 billion.

Ahmad Bin Shafar, chief executive of Empower, said the company’s rising profit results reflect the success of its business expansion and innovation strategy and reaffirm its commitment to achieving objectives shared with shareholders.

He added that the increase in profitability has been accompanied by an expansion of projects within Empower’s business portfolio and accelerated growth in operational efficiency.

In 2023, Empower’s General Assembly approved a cash dividend of AED850 million for shareholders, paid in two equal instalments of AED425 million in April and October.

In the second financial year, 2024, the company distributed similar cash dividends totaling AED850 million, also in two equal instalments of AED425 million in April and October.

In 2025, shareholders approved a dividend of AED875 million, paid in two equal instalments of AED437.5 million in April and October.

Empower also reported record financial performance in 2025, with annual revenue reaching AED3.419 billion, representing growth of 4.9 percent year-on-year compared with 2024.

Net profit reached AED1.004 billion, reflecting year-on-year growth of 10.5 percent.
