Top United Nations officials have expressed deep concerns over the violent Lebanon-Israeli situation that has resulted in the deaths of more than 500 people on the sidelines of UN General Assembly events. The European Union's top diplomat Josep Borrell warned "We are almost in a full-fledged war."
