Gaza, Palestinian Territories – Eighteen Palestinians were killed, and several others were injured as a result of the ongoing Israeli bombardment of various areas in the northern and southern Gaza Strip.
Palestinian news agency (WAFA) reported that eight Palestinians were killed, and others were injured in an airstrike by the Israeli forces on a road intersection west of Gaza City in the north.
Additionally, four other Palestinians were killed when the Israeli forces bombed a group of citizens near a mosque in Al-Shati refugee camp in western Gaza.
In Khan Younis, in southern Gaza Strip, six Palestinians were killed, and others were injured in an airstrike by the Israeli forces targeting a building in the city center.
Moreover, three Palestinians, including a woman, were injured when Israeli aircraft bombed a school sheltering displaced people northwest of Nuseirat in central Gaza Strip, while Israeli artillery targeted vicinity of the Indonesian hospital in northern part of the Strip.
Medical sources in the Gaza Strip reported that 52 Palestinians were killed in airstrikes on various areas of the Strip since dawn today.
The Israeli aggression on Gaza Strip by land, sea, and air since October 7, 2023 has killed 45,581 Palestinians, most of them women and children, and injured 108,438 others. The death and injury tolls are not final, as thousands of victims remain under the rubble or scattered in streets, with rescue crews unable to reach them due to Israeli-imposed restrictions. (QNA)
