GCC, Pakistan launch 3rd round of free trade negotiations

The third round of negotiations for a free trade agreement between the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states and Pakistan began in virtual mode on Monday. 

The negotiations would continue until June 2.

The Chairman of the GCC Negotiating Team and General Coordinator of Negotiations, Abdulrahman bin Ahmed Al-Harbi, stressed the importance of pursuing  negotiations with Pakistan as part of the GCC countries’ effort  to strengthen cooperation with their international partners through free trade agreements.
