GCC, Greece discuss ways to enhance joint cooperation

Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for Arab States Dr. Nayef Falah Mubarak Al-Hajraf discussed ways to enhance joint cooperation to serve the interests that link the Council and the Republic of Greece.

This was agreed upon during a session of talks held in Athens on Friday between the GCC Secretary General and the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Greece Nikos Dendias.

The meeting dealt with the strategic relations between the GCC and the Republic of Greece, and ways to enhance them in various fields, and in accordance with the joint action plan based on the memorandum of understanding signed between the two sides on April 20, 2021.

Dr. Al-Hajraf emphasized the importance of his current visit to Greece in consolidating the foundations of the solid historical friendship between the two sides.
