Saudi Crown Prince meets Jordanian PM in Riyadh

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – Saudi Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed Bin Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud on Tuesday met the visiting Jordanian Prime Minister Bisher Khasawneh and discussed ways to cement cooperation between the two nations in various domains.

The Saudi Crown Prince emphasized that both countries maintain solid bilateral relations and commitment to advancing cooperation.

Leading a ministerial delegation, the prime minister arrived in the Saudi capital, Riyadh, on Monday. 

Earlier on Monday, Jordanian-Saudi ministerial meetings were held to discuss bilateral cooperation in various fields..

The two sides also reaffirmed their joint keenness to leverage available and joint opportunities in various fields in a way that serves the interests of the two countries and peoples.

The meetings discussed a number of issues, and projects that would deepen collaboration in economic, investment, trade, energy, water, transportation and other fields.

The two sides agreed to hold meetings of the joint Jordanian-Saudi committee during the first quarter of next year, to come up with decisions and agreements that would translate the proposals being studied by the two sides into reality.
