ABU DHABI, UAE –Â Microsoft and G42 signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) to enable the development of joint and industry-focused solutions for the public sector in the UAE.
The pact will leverage the core competencies of both the companies.
These solutions will benefit UAE organizations to address citizen and customer needs and will be in compliance with regulatory requirements. G42 Cloud will work closely with Microsoft
The MoU will help explore joint business development and marketing opportunities across a variety of areas G42 covers including healthcare, energy, public sector digital transformation, financial services, climate action.
Naim Yazbeck, General Manager of Microsoft UAE commented, “Organizations globally, especially in the public sector, are increasingly looking for customized cloud solutions that offer additional choice and flexibility.”

Both the companies will be working in the coming months to finalize the development required to ensure regulatory compliance in order to serve customers in the market.
