Emirates SkyCargo and Emirates Post Group to promote e-commerce global platform

The new office has four customer service counters.
  • The platform will focused on serving markets in the Middle East, Africa and West Asia.
  • In October 2019 the Emirates SkyCargo launched Emirates Delivers, an international e-commerce shipping solution

Emirates SkyCargo and Emirates Post Group (EPG) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to develop an e-commerce end-to-end global logistics platform, with a focus on serving markets in the Middle East, Africa and West Asia, said the local reports.
Nabil Sultan, Emirates Divisional Senior Vice President, Cargo, said the partnership will provide support to small and medium-sized e-commerce players, which lack the infrastructure needed to scale their businesses globally, creating a global platform for e-commerce centered out of Dubai.
“We are excited about the partnership with Emirates Post Group to create a comprehensive global platform for e-commerce, a sector which is increasing in importance over the years,” Sultan said.
In October 2019 the Emirates SkyCargo launched Emirates Delivers, an international e-commerce shipping solution targeted at end consumers in the UAE shopping from the US.
